Almost any large managed facility needs not just signage; but more importantly attractive maintenance free signage. This is where we can help.

A simple  cast used here as a trail marker. It has a sandblasted redwood grain with a flat  panel  for directional arrows.

Visual corporate recognition is a major factor in any development, although it appears that many architects and designers either forget about the secondary and tertiary signage altogether; or they put them on such a low priority, both in time allowed and financially, that the commonality is everything but the primary identification sign must be done on a shoestring and tomorrow.

We can make a real difference here. It is possible to produce a master generic blank specifically for one client with their logo already in it. This means that every sign has that visual continuity which is so important for the image of our clients. Plus for their guests and customers every time that same shape, color and emblem is seen, people subconsciously realize that it is an official sign giving them information to help direct or inform them. This benefits everyone.

  1. Once a master is made signs can be manufactured in either urethane or polyester at our Pinehurst facility quickly, and sent out to a sign or finishing shop to be painted and lettered or we can do the whole thing in house.
  2. The signs are very cost effective especially as quite complex logos can be molded into each and every sign.
  3. These signs will never crack, split, rot or do any of

These two versions of the same cast show how one has been turned into a stop sign using vinyl and latex paint, and the other was masked everywhere except the center panel which was then sandblasted which gives the effect of a stone panel set into a redwood surround.

the other things that most wooden signs are apt to do, yet they look exactly like the master they were created from down to a microscopic level  (it is almost impossible to tell the urethane from the original without picking it up.)

  4. The raised panel for the hand or vinyl lettered copy makes the sign reusable should it no longer be needed.  Therefore, instead of throwing away a perfectly good sign and going to the expense of buying a new one, all that has to be done now is to re-letter the center panel.

Below right   350 lbs. swinging   from one of our double sided street blades: Two 36" threaded steel rods are cast into each sign leaving 6"  protruding to bolt them onto a post. (Okay, so it's started to bend - so would you with 350 lbs hanging off you!!! We suspended two 100lb bags of sandblasting sand from one of these signs for one hour - it did not bend).
