The Kennington

This lettering was created by blasting signfoam very deeply and then slicing off what had been blasted to create individual letters and graphics.  the sign was painted with automotive paint, the bar was then sandblasted.The graphics were gilded with gold and copper leaf and the word "Inc" was done in HP vinyl. Parts of the graphic are smaller than 60/1000 " wide. ( We may have been able to cut them on the router, but it was fun doing them this way.)

Avon with removable panel
This is one version of many signs we have made that incorporate a removable  plexi or aluminum panel.  A threaded metal insert is fixed into the urethane face of the sign, this allows a small machine screw
to be run in and out as many times as is needed without wearing out the screw hole. Security screws may be used to deter theft.
