Cast Sign Blanks

Urethane foam & polyester resin sign blanks, both generic & custom. that emulate exactly whatever the original was that they were cast from.  i.e. sandblasted redwood, stone or metal etc. Even smooth wood still shows the grain.

A useful tool for any sign shop,  for those fast turn around signs that don't generate as much profit as you would hope for. Just think!   Two to three coats  of your favorite paint & vinyl letters  total labor about 35mins. for a basic house or business sign. (Of course the sign above took a little more than that).

Key Benefits They will never crack, split, warp, bleed or rot. The material is 100% waterproof. As it has no moisture content any paint, even automotive may be used but even latex won't blister or crack, it just ages gracefully. You can give a minimum three year warranty on any of our sign blanks (even if you use latex paint and a cheap 3-5 year vinyl. The large Kennington:- this one has three dimensional letters with the centers blasted so the outlines could be gilded. The woodcut ornaments are cut out of urethane foam (I wonder should we start casting these?) gilded,and added as an applique. Its a good job we did the hours in vinyl,  they get changed about once a year.   Designed by TJB
