The lettering is 2D Signfoam® routed (however the pinecone had to be blasted as it was too detailed to rout).   Sign made by Accent designed by TJB

2 and 3 Dimensional Routed Signs.......
2 dimensional routed signs include cut out letters, shapes & designs. A sign with a routed background has an effect similar to those created by sandblasting but with a smooth background.

Copper & Gold Leaf. This sign hangs outside our shop

3 dimensional routed signs not only use an X and Y axis but a variable Z (depth) axis which allows the bit to move up and down, creating as you can see to the left a 'v' groove, which gives the effect of a hand-carved sign.  This one was actually done on our 3D router. Our capabilities, as they say, are as limited as your imagination.

Key Benefits

  • Benefit1)  Where ordinances prohibit larger signs, these can be small but very eye catching.
  • Benefit 2 )  For professionals & Shopping establishments alike it says Quality This Way
  • Benefit 3)  For a new company that wants to give a feeling of having been around for a long time, this says "well established".
